N35 high-strength NdFeB permanent magnets are the most versatile and cost-effective standard grade sintered NdFeB magnets in the NdFeB magnetic material series, widely recognized as the mainstream basic magnetic material for industrial and civilian fields. Manufactured through strict powder metallurgy processes including precise batching, vacuum high-temperature sintering, and secondary tempering heat treatment, N35 NdFeB magnets have stable and reliable magnetic performance, with a standard magnetic energy product of 35MGOe, balanced magnetic force, and excellent overall performance. This grade of magnet covers all conventional shapes such as square, cylinder, ring, and special customization, meeting the basic magnetic attraction, positioning, and induction needs of most conventional equipment.

In terms of specific performance parameters, N35 NdFeB permanent magnets have a residual magnetic flux density of 1.17-1.21T, a high coercivity of 876kA/m, and excellent anti-demagnetization ability under normal temperature environments. The maximum working temperature of conventional N35 magnets is 80°C, which can fully adapt to daily and conventional industrial room temperature working conditions without magnetic attenuation and performance failure. The product features high structural density, good mechanical hardness, and not easy to crack and deform during processing and use. Various surface protection processes such as zinc plating and nickel plating are optional to improve corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, adapting to conventional indoor, dry, and slightly humid working environments. Compared with higher-grade NdFeB magnets, N35 magnets have outstanding cost performance with basically qualified magnetic performance, making them the preferred choice for mass production and conventional magnetic matching scenarios.

N35 high-strength NdFeB permanent magnets have extremely wide coverage of application scenarios, occupying the largest market share in the civilian and conventional industrial magnet market. In the daily consumer goods industry, they are widely used in magnetic accessories for bags, boxes, and furniture, magnetic fixing parts for daily decorations, and magnetic components for household small toys, providing stable basic magnetic attraction functions. In the precision electronics industry, N35 magnets serve as core magnetic parts for miniature speakers, earphone components, small sensors, and ordinary electronic switches, meeting the low-power magnetic induction needs of civilian electronic products. In the industrial field, they are used for conventional fixture positioning, mechanical auxiliary adsorption, and simple equipment magnetic fixing, reducing industrial production costs while ensuring stable use. In addition, they are extensively applied in small household appliance motors, magnetic separation equipment, packaging machinery accessories, and teaching experimental equipment. As the most mature and stable basic grade of NdFeB magnets, N35 high-strength permanent magnets balance performance and cost perfectly, providing reliable and economical magnetic support for mass production and conventional magnetic functional scenarios in various industries.
