The core component of a magnetic counter is a magnetic sensor, which can detect the magnetic field changes generated by the movement of a magnetic element (such as a magnetic steel sheet) installed on the moving part. Magnetic counters offer several advantages, including high counting accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and easy installation. They can be set with counting thresholds to trigger alarm or stop signals when the preset number is reached, realizing automatic control of the production process. In addition, many magnetic counters are equipped with functions such as reset, data retention, and remote signal output, which facilitate data statistics and integration with the upper-level control system.
