Large-size ferrite ring magnet is a large-caliber annular permanent magnetic component developed based on high-grade ferrite magnetic materials, specially designed for large industrial equipment, mechanical supporting facilities and heavy electrical products. Breaking the size limitation of conventional small and medium-sized ferrite ring magnets, this product features large outer diameter, large inner aperture and thickened overall structure, with super strong magnetic coverage and stable integral magnetic field distribution. It retains all the advantages of traditional ferrite magnets such as low cost, anti-demagnetization and aging resistance, and makes up for the shortage of small-size magnets in large equipment magnetic field support and integral fixing, being a core magnetic accessory for large-scale industrial complete equipment.

In terms of material performance, large-size ferrite ring magnets adopt high-density modified ferrite formula, which improves the overall magnetism and structural compactness of the product. After high-temperature integral sintering and slow cooling tempering treatment, the internal crystal structure is uniform and stable, effectively avoiding cracking, deformation and uneven magnetism common in large-size magnet processing. The product has high remanence and uniform axial and radial magnetic field, with strong magnetic penetration and coverage. The product undergoes strict dynamic balance calibration and dimensional correction after forming, with flat and smooth end faces and regular circular radian, which can adapt to the high-load rotating operation of large mechanical equipment. According to customer requirements, it can be customized with large-size non-standard inner and outer diameter parameters, and supports fine processing such as surface grinding and hole expansion to meet the assembly needs of different large-scale equipment.
