Hemispherical High-Strength NdFeB Magnets

Time:2026-07-20 Views:0

Hemispherical high-strength NdFeB magnets are special semi-spherical permanent magnet products formed by precision processing of high-density sintered NdFeB blanks, featuring a perfect combination of flat bottom surface and smooth hemispherical curved surface. This unique half-sphere structure integrates the convenient installation advantages of flat magnets and the omnidirectional magnetic field characteristics of spherical magnets, making it a high-performance magnetic component exclusive to special positioning, rotating induction, and flexible adsorption scenarios. Adopting integral sintering and ultra-precision spherical half-cut grinding technology, the product has smooth and flawless surfaces without burrs or deformation, with uniform hemispherical radian and accurate flat bottom verticality, realizing stable installation and omnidirectional uniform magnetic radiation.

In terms of performance and structural advantages, hemispherical NdFeB magnets adopt high-purity NdFeB magnetic raw materials, with high magnetic energy product, strong single-point magnetic suction, and excellent magnetic stability. Conventional grades cover N35 to N52, and high-temperature resistant grades are available to support long-term stable operation in high-temperature working environments. The flat bottom surface can be directly installed and fixed through bonding, embedding, and clamping, while the hemispherical curved surface realizes 360° omnidirectional magnetic induction and flexible adsorption without dead angles. Different from full spherical magnets that are easy to roll and displace, the hemispherical structure has fixed positioning performance, avoiding displacement and rotation deviation during equipment operation. The surface is treated with high-gloss anti-corrosion electroplating, which is wear-resistant, anti-oxidation, and not easy to rust, maintaining lasting and stable magnetic performance after long-term friction and use.

Hemispherical high-strength NdFeB magnets are widely used in precision induction, flexible positioning, and rotating magnetic field equipment. In the precision sensor industry, they are core magnetic induction components of displacement sensors, angle sensors, and proximity sensors. The hemispherical omnidirectional magnetic field ensures high sensitivity and accurate signal feedback during equipment rotation and displacement changes. In intelligent electronic equipment, they are applied to magnetic suction positioning of wearable devices, precise adsorption of electronic accessories, and flexible magnetic connection of miniature intelligent equipment, realizing stable and detachable magnetic assembly. In automation machinery, hemispherical magnets are used for flexible positioning of small moving parts, rotating angle magnetic calibration, and auxiliary adsorption of precision fixtures, improving the flexibility and accuracy of mechanical movement. In addition, they are used in teaching experimental equipment, precision instrument calibration, and miniature rotating power components. With the dual advantages of fixed installation and omnidirectional magnetic induction, hemispherical NdFeB magnets make up for the functional defects of flat and full spherical magnets, becoming an indispensable high-precision magnetic component in the field of miniature precision equipment and intelligent sensing.
