Anisotropic ferrite magnet is a high-performance permanent ferrite magnet manufactured by directional magnetic field orientation pressing process, which is different from ordinary isotropic ferrite magnets. In the production process, the ferrite magnetic powder is oriented and arranged in a specific magnetic field direction before pressing and sintering, so that the magnetic crystal grains are arranged in a regular direction, forming obvious magnetic anisotropy characteristics. This directional processing technology greatly improves the magnetic energy product and magnetic field strength of the ferrite magnet, making its magnetic performance more than 30% higher than that of isotropic ferrite magnets. Anisotropic ferrite magnets are rigid sintered magnets, with regular shape, stable structure, excellent magnetic stability and cost advantages, and are widely used in medium-end industrial magnetic equipment and electrical motor fields.
In terms of magnetic performance, anisotropic ferrite magnets have significant advantages. The mainstream grades include Y35, Y40, Y45 and other high-performance grades, with a magnetic energy product of 3.8–4.8 MGOe, high residual magnetic flux density and strong coercivity. The directional grain arrangement makes the magnetic field distribution of the magnet more concentrated and uniform, the magnetic force is stronger in the orientation direction, and the magnetic output is more stable. The product has excellent anti-demagnetization ability, high coercive force, strong resistance to external magnetic field interference and temperature change, and will not produce magnetic attenuation and disorder in complex working environment. Compared with isotropic ferrite magnets, anisotropic ferrite magnets have higher magnetic utilization rate, can achieve stronger magnetic effect in the same volume, and realize lightweight and miniaturized design of magnetic components.
In terms of physical and environmental performance, anisotropic ferrite magnets have excellent stability. The product is formed by high-temperature sintering, with dense internal structure, high hardness, good compression resistance and wear resistance, not easy to deform and damage during long-term mechanical operation. It has natural anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties, no need for surface coating and electroplating treatment, low maintenance cost and long service life. The working temperature range is -20°C to 120°C, with good high-temperature stability, no demagnetization at high temperature, and small magnetic temperature coefficient, ensuring stable magnetic performance in temperature fluctuation environment. The product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, non-radiative, compliant with international environmental protection standards, and safe for use in civilian and industrial equipment. In addition, the dimensional accuracy of anisotropic ferrite magnets is high, and they can be processed into blocks, sheets, rings, arcs and other special shapes according to customer requirements, with smooth surface and accurate size.
Anisotropic ferrite magnets are widely used in industrial electrical, mechanical equipment and daily appliance fields. In the motor industry, they are the core magnetic components of household appliance motors, micro DC motors, fan motors, water pump motors and automotive small motors, improving motor power and operation efficiency with their high magnetic performance. In the magnetic separation industry, they are made into magnetic separation rods, magnetic separation plates and iron removal equipment, used for iron impurity removal in industrial raw materials such as food, chemical industry and building materials, with strong magnetic separation effect. In the mechanical fixing field, they serve as magnetic base fixing parts, equipment positioning magnetic components and tooling adsorption magnets, with stable and strong adsorption force. In the electronic industry, they are applied to speaker magnetic cores, sensor magnetic parts and electromagnetic equipment auxiliary components. In addition, they are also widely used in fitness equipment, security equipment, lighting equipment, toy manufacturing and industrial automation equipment. With the advantages of high magnetic performance, stable quality, low cost and wide adaptability, anisotropic ferrite magnets occupy a dominant position in the medium-performance permanent magnet market and have stable market demand all year round.
